Automise Editions

Everyone encounters repetitive tasks, so to enable everyone to automate these tasks, Automise comes in a range of editions and licensing options. Regardless of whether you are a home power user performing occasional batch image processing or a System Administrator managing 15,000 servers and workstations, there is an Automise edition and licensing solution for you.

Automise

If you are a System Administrator or IT Professional, the full featured version of Automise will equip you with the power to automate your enterprise's IT processes. The full version is packed with almost 400 actions for automating many of the complex repetitive processes common to a large IT infrastructure. Included only in this version are actions for automating the management of:

  • Active Directory,
  • Virtualization software (VMWare & Virtual PC),
  • IIS 5, 6 and 7,
  • Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ),
  • COM+, and
  • Registry values and INI files.

If Automise does not include the built-in functionality you need for automating a specific IT process, it also features ActionStudio for developing custom actions.

For a list of all the features and actions included in Automise, see the Feature Matrix.

ATCMD Run-time

VSoft offer ATCMD run-time licensing to facilitate large scale distribution of Automise’s full functionality. ATCMD run-time licenses allow Automise projects to be triggered to run on remote computers, without requiring the purchase of the more expensive full Automise IDE licenses.

ATCMD licenses are included in enterprise licensing to offer better value for System Administrators, Network Admins and other IT Professionals who want to automate repetitive tasks across the entire organisation. If you would like to know more about this licensing solution and how it can help you automate more for less, please contact us.

Automise Lite

Automise Lite is for the PC power user. It offers functionality that is useful for automating many repetitive tasks but doesn't include the functionality required in enterprise environments. As a result, it is available for a price tag affordable to an individual. Automise Lite can be used to automate tasks like:

  • downloading and uploading web content,
  • sending email, ICQ and MSN messages,
  • batch image processing (resize, change image format, rotate, flip, mirror),
  • batch file operations (rename, move, copy, create, delete),
  • sending mouse clicks and keystrokes,
  • backing up files,
  • CD/DVD burning, and
  • disk management.

If this edition does not include the built-in functionality you need for automating a Windows task, it also features ActionStudio for making custom actions.

For a list of all the actions included in Automise Lite, see the Feature Matrix.

Automise Runner

Automise Runner is a free application for running Windows automation projects created in Automise. It allows you to share your projects with clients and colleagues to empower them to automate complex tasks with a single click or keystroke. Without the full IDE, projects cannot be created or scheduled in Automise Runner, however, variables and other options can be edited to ensure projects effectively automate tasks across different computers.

Automise Runner offers a simple solution for distributing projects to automate a task once or occasionally. The freedom of this application extends the possibilities of Automise by allowing you to send projects across the globe to provide technical support, publicly share your projects via blogs or just offer a one click solution for colleagues, to perform complex tasks.
