The localization action let you automatise Visual Localize 7 as far as they provide it with script files. It is very basic but less error thrown.

Example script:

Here is an AppLife Update Finalbuilder action that simplifies using the AppLife Update command line utility from a Finalbuilder 5 project.

Under the .Net Tools palette you will find a Build Update Project action. The location of the AppLifeUpdateCmd.exe is set under the Actions tools menu.

All of the command line utility features are exposed through the action interface.

Some actions I've made in the past (for FinalBuilder 3) to manage folder sharing on windows nt based systems that I just migrated to FinalBuilder 5.

  The actions are:

• Share Create: Creates a folder sharing without any permissions.
• Share Remove: Removes a folder sharing.
• Share Add Permission: Adds permission (allow or deny) for a especified user to a especified share.
• Share Remove Permission: Removes user permission for one windows share.
• Share Clean Usage: Removes files usage allowing files replacement (very usefull in builds).
